Here's How To Book Your Stay With Us

Booking one of our furnished rentals is straightforward, resembling the process for reserving a hotel, with a few additional steps. 

Booking Methods:

 

Book Direct with Us:

Choose this option for a transparent relationship and the most cost-effective reservation, avoiding additional "service fees" added by other sites. Instant rates, quote requests, and instant bookings are available on each property's page. 
 

Book via 3rd party Advertising Channels:

If using large listing sites like Airbnb, Booking.com, Expedia (Vrbo.com), etc, we adhere to their terms. However, booking directly with us is encouraged to avoid 10%-25% booking/service fees. There is no benefit to either of us for you to book through those sites. We encourage everyone to book directly with us and other furnished rental owners whenever possible!​
 

Rates:

Rates vary by property. Some properties require a minimum of a one month stay, while others can be booked nightly. Service fees on 3rd-party listing sites, such as Airbnb or Expedia (Vrbo.com), are beyond our control and are not payable to us.
 

Fees:

Cleaning/Property Care Fees:

Vary by property and are included in your quote. This is a one time fee unless you wish to have additional cleanings during your stay.
 

Credit Card / Convenience Fees:

There is an optional credit card processing fee. The fee can be waived for reservations paid by check or Zelle.

Security Deposit:

A small hold (not a charge) for the security deposit occurs two days before arrival. 
 

Taxes:

Appropriate state, county, and local taxes are collected and remitted for short term stays. If you book for a minimum of one month, there are no taxes.
 

Request a Quote:

Inquire via email, phone, or the website.

Review and Book:

Review the quote, ask questions, and book online. For short stays you will pay the agreed fee and damage protection insurance. If staying for more than one month, you will pay a monthly rent plus a small monthly damage protection fee.
This insurance will protect you and the property if there is significant accidental damage to the property that is not covered by the security deposit hold.

Reservation Process - Simplified:

 
  1. Inquire for a quote.
  2. Review and ask questions.
  3. Book online or skip steps 1-3 and book instantly.
  4. Complete the secure online reservation, including a digital signature for the Rental Agreement.
  5. Online payment is processed.
  6. An email confirmation of a successful reservation is received.
  7. Provide a copy of your ID within 48 hours of making a reservation.
  8. Receive reminders for final payment and property details.
  9. Arrive for your stay!

Payments:

Accepting major credit cards, Zelle, and personal checks. Credit cards cannot be processed over the phone or via email. 

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellation policy may vary by property/season, and will be outlined on the quote and booking process.
Individual cases are handled with flexibility. We may offer goodwill one-time rescheduling. Rescheduled reservations are non-refundable. 
 

Security Deposit Hold Release or Refund:

 
Check-out procedures are simple. After the cleaning team inspects the property and, assuming no issues are found, the hold authorization or security deposit is released. The release or refund method depends on the payment method used.
If there is significant accidental damage to the property that is not covered by the security deposit hold, the damage protection insurance will help pay for that. So, rest assured if an expensive items breaks, you will be covered up to an amount specified in your rental agreement. So you can enjoy your stay stress fee.
